(Round tables / mirror wall) Capacity: 32 banquet style
v Outdoor Patio: $30.00 for each hour
(Poolside) Capacity: 24 seated
v Outdoor Party Pavilion: $50.00 for each hour
(Bar area) Capacity: 24 seated
Optional BBQ Rental: $25.00 per reservation

PLEASE NOTE:
¨ Rooms are rented to Savanna Residents (Homeowner Green & Resident-L) with a valid Savanna ID ONLY, on a first-come, first serve basis. We do not hold dates without a contract. (minimum of 10 days before event).
¨ The total party deposit and rental time is due upon reservation.
¨ Minimum rental time is 3 hours (not to exceed past 12:00 am. / midnight).
¨ A party supervisor is included in the room rental reservation. Also, a check-in and check-out sheet must be completed by the renter and the party supervisor on duty.
¨ A deposit of $200.00 per room rented and $25.00 for each additional room is due upon signing agreement. Deposit will be mailed back to the homeowner after the function.
¨ Rental fees are calculated from the time the renter arrives, until the time they leave the building. Set-up and clean-up time must be included in the rental time.
¨ Furniture is included in the rental price, but there is a limited number and is not guaranteed to be available. In the case of simultaneous functions, the reservation made first gets preference.
¨ Guest list should be posted on “Gate Web” no less than 48 hours prior to the party. Go to http://www.savannafl.com/ then double click on to “Gate Web” and follow the simple instructions. Guard Gates should also be provided with a list of the guests to help excess traffic in the Visitor lanes.
