Barcodes are currently applied Monday-Saturday from 9 am. - 1 pm. and 2 pm. - 5 pm. in the Clubhouse Office. (Front desk)
Barcodes cost $5.00 and can only be paid with a check or money order, no cash. Homeowners have the ability to charge the payment to their account. Checks/money orders must be payable to Savanna Maintenance Association.
To receive a barcode you must provide the vehicle registration and valid Savanna ID. The vehicle registration must be registered to the person with the valid Savanna ID. You will need to have your vehicle present, to receive a bar code, as management personnel must put the decal on the vehicle.
Homeowners:
Homeowner barcodes never expire. New Homeowners may receive 2 free barcodes.
Resident G:
As a reminder, all Resident G IDs expire every year. If the vehicle is registered in your name your barcode will also expire with your ID. You must renew your ID every year to extend your barcode as well.
Tenants/Lessees:
As a reminder, all leases in Savanna must be for a 1 year term or more. Your barcode and your Savanna ID will expire when your lease expires. It is important to renew your lease before the expiration date. Do not wait untill the last day as we will need the new lease to update your informaton.
Hammocks Residents:
Hammocks residents may receive 2 barcodes per household with limited entry during the hours of 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for a charge of $5.00 per barcode.
Non-Residents:
Each home is permitted a minumm of 2 non-resident barcodes. There is a one-time $50.00 fee for each non-resident barcode. In the event that a replacement barcode is needed, another $50.00 charge will be applied to the Homeowner’s account. All other friends, family members, and service providers (pool services, cleaning companies, repair companies, lawn companies, etc.) must check-in at the gate for entry. You can charge the barcode to your account or pay with a check.

Please bring a company letter head letter from the company naming you as the responsible party for this vehicle with the vehicle information and registration.
Motorcycles/Convertibles/Other:
It is important that you always have your Savanna ID on you if you own a motorcycle, convertible, or if you will be returning in a rental car, friend’s car, or any other vehicle without a barcode. Homeowner and Resident L cards are active for gate entry by using the swipe readers however; these IDs are non-transferable and must only be used by the identified card owner
